32 is old? Oh, please! Be thankful you started young, unlike some of us. 🙂
You’ve completely misunderstood. Realizing that I’ve reached the point in my life where I’ve done something for more than half my existence, that’s what prompted my statement. I’m under no illusion that 32 is actually old.
I also doubt anyone who’s read my previous writings would consider me ungrateful. I feel quite the opposite, honestly! I never found accounting particularly engaging.
Ah, of course. I’ve had those moments – my wife pointed out the other day that we’ve been married longer than we’ve been single. Age 32 was 17 years and a whole career ago! Sorry for the knee-jerk… you thinking 32 was actually old does seem out of character.
